Querida retired in the fall of 1999, having passed her superb type to several new generations. Her daughter, Carraig's Tosca, was our top producing queen until she also retired last year. A son, Carraig Hopewell Uproar, is bringing new blood to the lines in South Africa, as is a grandson, Supreme Ch. Carraig Kandaha Unteag.

"Sweets" as she was known, is also the dam of G. Ch. Carraig's Vinne the Pooh of Noazark. Vinne is the first CFA grand champion lilacpoint Birman bred in Canada. He was CFA's Best Lilacpoint Birman in Region 1 for 199-2000
